Booking & Terms
Terms of Engagement
Clear terms, agreed up front, so the only thing to think about on the day is your celebration.
Payment Terms
Required to confirm and block your event date.
To be cleared on or before the event date.
A booking is not considered confirmed until the advance payment is received.
Travel & Accommodation
For outstation events, we kindly request the following:
- Travel expenses for the Artman Archives team are borne by the client.
- The client may arrange transportation directly, or actual travel expenses will be added to the quotation.
- Suitable accommodation for the team is to be arranged by the client whenever an overnight stay is required.
- Meals for the working team during event coverage are to be provided by the client.
Venue & Permissions
Unless otherwise mentioned in the quotation, the following are the client's responsibility:
- Venue entry charges
- Camera charges
- Location permissions
- Drone permissions
- Government / local authority permissions
- Special venue production fees
Drone Coverage
Drone coverage is subject to:
- Weather
- Venue restrictions
- Safety
- Local laws
- Government regulations
If drone operation is not legally or safely possible, Artman Archives cannot guarantee drone footage.
Additional Coverage
Any function, session, additional hour, additional day or service not specifically mentioned in the selected collection will be charged separately.
Final coverage timings must be confirmed before the event.
